On July 1st

Tomoko showed a woman from Australia to Arashiyama area. We went to Otagi nenbutsu dera temple first. Then walked to Gio-ji temple. 

One the way to the temple, we dropped in at the shop selling caccoon related goods. The shop owner kindly offered tea for us. It made us ease our tiredness.

Then we went to Gioji temple and I talked about the sad story of Gio.

After that we went to the front of Rakushisha ( literally meaning is a hut whose persimmons dropped due to the storm)

Again we dropped in at Nonomiya Jinja shrine after walking to Bamboo forest.

We had YUBA donburi as lunch then she had Japanese confection as her dessert in the shop in front of the restaurant. Then we visited Tenryuji temple and Ryoanji temple.
