On May 19th and 20th

Tomoko showed a couple from Australia for two days

On 19th, Nishiki and Teramachi tour

 Tour : Nishiki food market  Nishiki temmangu shrine, Teramachi walking ( Old book store, Kyoto souvenir shop, Japanese paper shop ), Yata temple, Ippodo tea shop ( Kaboku for tea and sweets ) and Horino memorial museum.

 

On 20th, Ryoanji temple, Kinkakuji temple, Tea ceremony experience at Fukuju en tea shop, Fushimi Inari shrine.

 

April 29th and 30th

On the 29th, Noriko showed a couple from Israel around Osaka for a half day tour. We had lunch at an octopus dumpling restaurant where you can make them by yourself. They enjoyed it very much. After that,  we visited Osaka castle, Dotonbori street, Hozen-ji temple alley way and a street with a lot of kitchen utensils shops.

 

 

On the 30th, we went to Fushmi-inari Taisha shrine, Sanjusangen-do temple in the morning. After having lunch, they enjoyed some shopping near Kyoto station. In the afternoon we attended a tea ceremony and visited Kinkaku-ji temple (Golden Pavilion).

May 10th and13th

On May 10th, Noriko guided a couple from Malaysia Nijo castle, Nishiki food market, Kiyomizu temple, and walked though Sannen-zaka and Ninen-zaka. The tour finished after attending a tea ceremony near Yasaka shrine.

 

 

On May 12th, Hisako showed the couple Kinkaku-ji temple (Gold pavillion) , Ryo-an-ji temple, and Arashiyama area with the view of the Katsura River with Togetsu-kyo Bridge, Tenryu-ji temple and Bamboo forest.

On May 13th

Tomoko showed visitors from Bergium around Kyoto city.

Picking up at the hotel in Osaka, Tomoko helped them buy Kansai thru pass, moved to Kyoto and start the tour with Nijo castle as its first leg.

We visited Nijo castle, Kinkakuji temple. Then we enjoed tea ceremony at tea shop after Nishiki food market. 

The tour ends in Gion. and I send them back to the hotel in Osaka.
